You receive up to 24 hour support via fax, email, or online forum. We guarantee timely responses, sometimes within minutes, from 9am to 9pm EST Monday through Friday. However, we will also answer support requests after hours when reps are available (no matter what hour it is).

We will soon offer live phone support (during business hours) as well as an online Live Chat/Support module that will allow website visitors to connect to a live support rep with one click. You will also receive a newsletter complete with tips, reports, useful information, with any recent enhancements made to the Acne Miracle system.
