1. I'm concerned about online ordering, what can I can buy locally? - Top

There really aren't any products I recommend that can be purchased over the counter. If any of the products at the store worked I would not have needed to perfect my own system over the past few years and my company would not be in business. The reason I created my products was from the disappointing results I achieved with store-bought products and dermatologist visits. 2. What do I receive with my order? - Top

You'll receive the most effective acne fighting regimen in existence today. You'll also receive an instruction sheet that walks you through the best way to use the system for the fastest results, including valuable tips and insights. We only ask that you follow the system EXACTLY as instructed.


3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? - Top

Priority orders will arrive in 7-10 business days (exc. weekends) and Parcel orders will arrive in 10-14 business days (excluding weekends). Credit card orders (and money orders) are usually out within 3 business days while personal or business checks will usually need an additional 7-10 days for clearance. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Acne Miracle, LLC.


4. Do you provide free shipping and handling? - Top

As of January 13, 2003, we have modified our shipping and handling policy. We now charge a minimal S/H? fee for every order.


5. Do you ship discreetly or can everyone see that I'm ordering ACNE products? - Top

As of 8/7/02 we have modified our shipping package. We now ship in a (plain) brown/white box that lists the sender as A.M., LLC. or IntelliFreedom, LLC. (our parent company). We like this ideas and thank so many of you that had requested it. Nobody needs to know who is ordering personal care products.


6. How do I qualify for free or discounted products? - Top

You can qualfy for free or discounted products by taking advantage of our Agent/Affiliate system. This system will pay you up to 20% for all referral-sales you make. On our old program (formerly known as F.B.P.) you could only qualify for a small discount on your regularly purchased items. However, with the Agent/Affiliate system you can easily start getting your products for free every month and possibly earn extra money each and every month. You can enroll as an affiliate by going into our Shopping System and clicking on the Affiliates link at the top of the page.


7. To whom are money orders addressed? - Top
